Terms of service

A clear signal between us.

The practical terms for visiting the site, watching broadcasts, and using the restricted operations studio.

Experimental service

Daydream Radio is an experimental AI radio project. Programming, availability, schedules, voices, features, and distribution can change or stop without notice. Content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes, not as emergency, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Public content

Public broadcasts are distributed through YouTube. YouTube’s terms apply when you use its player or service. Do not extract credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with delivery, or falsely present station content as an official government or emergency communication.

Original and sourced material

The selected format includes original talk, speculative drama, expressive vocal interludes, and attributed public-interest updates. Commercial music, copyrighted lyrics or melodies, and imitation of living artists are not part of the format. Source names and links do not imply endorsement by their publishers.

Studio access

Radio Ops is not a public service. Access is limited to approved Google accounts. Administrators must protect their account, follow source and rights controls, avoid disclosing credentials, and use emergency fallback and broadcast controls responsibly. Access may be revoked at any time.

No warranty

The site and broadcasts are provided as available. Generated audio or sourced updates can contain errors despite validation and fallback controls. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the product or operating model changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be submitted through the Daydream Radio contact page.
